Tennoji Zoo has introduced an online ticket system. On days when congestion is expected, such as Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays, purchasing tickets online in advance allows for smoother entry.
For visitors who wish to purchase paper tickets on the day of their visit, tickets are available at the ticket counters at each entrance gate (Ten-Shiba Gate and Shinsekai Gate).
