- *1 For those who present OSAKA PiTaPa (only for the person whose name is on the card) or Enjoy Eco Card (only for the same-day ride record), please present the original card when entering the park. (Discounts are not available for PiTaPa cards other than the OSAKA PiTaPa.)
- *2 Elementary and junior high school students who live or attend school in Osaka City or Osaka Municipal schools (including those located outside Osaka City) are admitted free of charge. Please bring your student ID card, free pass (distributed at elementary schools in Osaka City and Osaka Municipal), insurance card or other proof of address and age (original).
- *3 The admission for visitors aged 65 or over who live in Osaka City is free. Please bring something that would confirm your address and age such as your driver’s license (original).
- The Annual Passport is valid for one year from the date of first admission. If you wish to change to the Annual Passport after purchasing a day-of-entry ticket, the price will be 1,500 yen for adults and 600 yen for elementary and junior high school students outside of Osaka City on the day of use only. Upon presentation of the Annual Passport, a 5% discount will be given on items sold at the park's stores. (Excludes ticket machine sales, take-out food and beverages, capsule toys and service items. Please ask the store staff for details.)

- We ask someone from the group to apply for the members’ tickets at the counter.
- Please notify the gate attendant if you need to leave the zoo temporarily.
