Crane House
Great White Crane Grus leucogeranus
Great white cranes are members of the crane family and feed primarily on plant roots in wetlands. They look pure white, but when they spread their wings, we can see that the tips of their wings are black (hence their Japanese name, the “Black-sleeved Crane”).
