Measures Implemented and Requests to Customers to Prevent the Spread of the COVID-19

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing the following measures and requesting the cooperation of all visitors.

1. Measures Implemented
   1. We regularly disinfect areas customers touch, such as handrails and restrooms.
   2. Our staff also diligently wash and disinfect their hands to prevent infection.
   3. We have installed partitions to prevent droplet infection during customer service.
   4. We have installed signs and floor markings to encourage customers to maintain social distancing.
   5. To prevent overcrowding, public announcements will be made as needed.
   6. We have made adjustments to the ventilation systems for our indoor exhibition facilities such as the nocturnal animal house to increase the rate of air circulation with the outside.
   7. We have installed partitions at the "FooZoo" restaurant to prevent droplet infection among customers. We also have installed CO₂ sensors to monitor ventilation in the restaurant.
   8. Contactless online purchase is now available for reserved tickets for specific dates and times.
2. Requests to Customers
   1. If you feel unwell or have a fever, please refrain from visiting the zoo.
   2. Please use proper coughing etiquette and cooperate with hand washing (disinfecting and washing your hands with the antiseptic solution and hand soap provided).
   3. Please make sure to maintain social distancing with other customers.
   4. Please do not touch the glass of any animal houses or displays.
