World of Birds
The concept of this facility is "Experience the adaptiogenesis of birds and its wonders." You can observe up close the ecology of birds that have adapted to and inhabit a variety of environments, including air, water, and land.
You can see and feel up close the delicate feathers, foot scales and beaks of birds, items that birds have won in the process of evolution.
In addition, a wide variety of birds can also be seen in the surrounding facilities, including cranes, flamingos, storks, and sulphur-crested cockatoos.
Staff's Recommendation
6 species of cranes can be seen in the crane house. We have six types of cranes, and is one of the best zooz in Japan. Let's compare and contrast the size, characteristics, and chirping of each.
You can also see the cute sulphur-crested cockatoos chatting with you, saying "hello" and "bye-bye". You may be surprised the loudness of their normal chirping, which is different from their chatter.
